Development Manager’s Update – November 2022

The Vale - Stage 4

Another month of construction progress brings us to the end of spring and closer to the end of a very busy year.  A good run of sunshine over the last few weeks was fully utilised by the delivery team to progress the construction of sewer, stormwater drainage and bulk earthworks.   In other news, the Natural Resource Access Regulator (NRAR) has issued the Controlled Activity Approval (CAA) for works within the riparian corridor fronting Stages 4-6.  With that approval granted, the delivery team can now fully commence works to install a water quality wetland system and provide access for the revegetation of the creek banks with native plants and trees.  It’s full steam ahead from this point on!
